Perfect Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts.
- Rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side.
- Remove skillet from heat.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary.
- Pour chicken broth around chicken.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest before serving.
