'Light' Chicken Fried Steak

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3 cups cornflakes, crushed
2 teaspoons The Lady's House Seasoning
4 cube steaks
1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place flour on a plate.
In a shallow bowl, whisk milk, egg, and hot sauce.
Place crushed cornflakes with 1 teaspoon House Seasoning on another plate.
Season steaks with remaining seasoning.
Dredge steaks in flour, then egg mixture, then cornflakes.
Place steaks on baking sheet and spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
Bake about 15 minutes.
Gravy
Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon beef broth.
Combine with remaining broth and half-and-half in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Season generously with pepper and serve over steaks.
